Trail Maintenance Crew The Dobson Trail, Fundy Footpath East, Catamount Trail are volunteer created and volunteer maintained trails.The help of younger volunteers and the hiking community is needed if we want to keep our trails. We are updating our callout list. We have about 6 callouts per season, if you are not available for an activity,maybe you can make it for the next call out. Trail work involves clearing the trail path of branches, repainting blazes, maintaining water bars to prevent erosion.To receive notice of crew call outs send us an e mail at [footpath@nbnet.nb.ca] |

Dobson Trail The Dobson Trail runs from Riverview ,N.B., to the Fundy National Park Boundary. A 58.3 km hike thru the Albert County Highlands. Easily done in 3 days. This year celebrates its 50th Anniversary . |

Catamount Trail Catamount Trail was constructed in 1994 . It started at the junction of the Fundy Footpath, runs parallell to the Quiddy River, continued across Cross Rd, up to Pigeons Camp, crosses the Shepody Rd , and continued to Adairs Lodge, and towards Cedar Camp. The intention was to continue to Sussex Corner. The section between Adair's Lodge to the Shepody Rd is the only continuous section that is currently maintained . Recent forestry operations had obscurred other sections.Trail Crew Volunteers are in the process of recovering this section. |

Fundy Footpath A rugged wildeness trail,41 km +7.9 Goose River access trail . Runs from Fundy National Park Boundary to Big Salmon River , near St Martin's. A 4 -5 day hike. |
