The Fundy Footpath is the result of an ongoing collaborative effort with the Moncton Outdoor Enthusiasts Club!, the Fredericton Outdoor Enthusiasts Club!, the Fundy Hiking Association Inc.(Dobson Trail Commitee), the Fundy Model Forest, the Fundy Trail Parkway, the Province of New Brunswick (Dept’s of Natural Ressources and Tourism), persistent volunteers, and private landowners. The Friends of the Fundy Footpaths was organised in 1994 to assure the continued support of the Fundy Footpath, and other trails in the Fundy Region by the New Brunswick hiking community.
Website design and photos are the result of collaboration with the Friends of the Fundy Footpaths, the Fundy Hiking Trail Association Inc, hikers, and volunteers. We welcome suggestions, and we are also always looking for volunteers to assist work crews or monitor a 3 kilometer section of the footpath.
I hope the trail information and links lead you to new discoveries of the remaining wilderness in our corner of the world.
Be mindful! You are hiking on lands that belong to private landowners, and on Crown Lands.
